At Dockers®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
